We will examine core beliefs, relationships to food, mood, spirituality, sleep, social systems, self, and so on. You will be taught how to improve and maintain your mental health. I am a certified in various forms of trauma focused therapies and integrative mental health. I'm a trained parent educator and energy psychology practitioner, utilizing methods like Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Acceptance and Integration Training, to alleviate strong somatic charges that impede daily functioning.
